Your donation is eligible for Gift Aid if you have paid an amount of income tax or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax reclaimed on your donation.
You can cancel your Gift Aid declaration by contacting Help the Hospices.
If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return
If you are not sure if you qualify for Gift Aid tax relief, ask you local tax office for leaflet IR 113 Gift Aid.
Please contact Help the Hospices if you change your name or address.
